Nursing twins is a lot of work, but well worth it. At first it will seem that is all you do, but hang in there. At first, nurse the twins one at a time until the three of you get the hang of it. Once you do, you'll probally want to nurse them both at the same time. The football hold worked well for me. When I didn't feed them together, it was literally all I did all day long. Hang in there. It takes time and practice, but it will come.
