I have identical twin girls, One was dry at night for 9 mnths and the other for 2 mnths, but the one who was dry for 9 mnths has started wetting the bed. I dont have any one I can really talk to for advice as I moved to Italy 18 mnths ago, and I have no contact with anyone else with twins or any family close by, and I find my friends with singletons only think that life with twins is the same and either say its easy, or just say well twins are slower so give them time. any advice please.

I don't really have any advise, but I wanted to let you know that you are not alone. My girls will be 5 next month and they are still wetting the bed. When they first started potty training they stayed dry for a couple of months then went back to wetting the bed. They are fine during the day though.
Since you mentioned you just moved to Italy, this is a big move for a 4 year old and I would imagine that has a huge impact on them. I would just say tough it out (that is the only thing that has worked for us and hopefully once they get used to their new surroundings they will stop wetting the bed.
ps I had to put pull-ups on my girls because the laundry was getting out of control!! Hope this helps in some way.
