Most of the time I feel blessed to have my twins (1 year old identical twin boys - today is their first bday) and my 4 year old son. But days like today make me CRAZY!!! All three have been crying since they got up this morning - nothing seems to help - naps are short and whining is long! How do you cope?

I have 18 month identical twin girls. When i feel like I am about to go crazy, I tell myself to relax. As adults we have our bad days too and so do kids. I just try to remember that tomorrow will be better. I know that if I get frusterated it just makes the situation worse and that is definatly not what I want.

Hi! I am a mother to identical twin girls who will be 24 months in June. I have an older daughter who is 4 1/2. She is a great helper with her sisters. Yet, there are days when all three have their own mind set and that is difficult for me. I have to grin and bear it until they all have calmed down. I usually think to myself that "this too shall pass" and they won't be this age forever. I really try hard to just "stay focused" on the situation. Sometimes I have had to just lay the one or both of the twins down in their bed to either calm down or take a nap. This seems to work for me for now. Take care.
