Hello. I am expecting twins, and I have heard that an option to help out in the beginning is to hire a baby nurse that could come to help out either at night, during the day or all the time. I have no idea where to even begin looking for such a resource. I have asked my doctor, and he said it's typically through referrals or mothers groups. However, I work full time, long hours, and I do not belong to any groups, nor do I know anyone that has done this. Does anyone have an idea of how to find "baby nurses" so that we could at least begin the process of interviewing and trying to hire one?
