Dr. Jim,
Hi! My name is Jamie and I am writing to ask you if you know of any ways that I can increase my chances of having twins. I am 30 years old with a 10 month old son. I have done a lot of reading but there seems to be a lot of different opinions on the topic.
Thanks,
Jamie

Twins are from an egg splitting making them identical or a woman who releases 2 eggs ....Unless your wife takes fertility drugs your change is 1 in 80 pregancies and only a small percent of women who are pregnant with twins make it full term..so chances are rather small with out fertility drugs
