My twin and i have lived with each other for 24 years. We took all of our classes together and even got the same masters degree. Now she is moving to Dallas and I live in Albuquerque, NM. I miss her. If you have an advice for me or are in the same situation, I would like to talk.

Hi. I am in a similar situation. I am 24 and just finished getting my masters degree in May. My twin finished school 2 years ago and moved away to live closer to her boyfriend, who is now her husband. We have just recently started to really miss each other. I think when I was in school I had a bigger reason to stay away from her and so I didn't think about her so much. Now that I am only working, I can't seem to understand why we are apart. She feels the same way, but we can't seem to find a solution to this. It is not that easy to have one of us move. We both have our own lives and responsibilities to take care of. She is really not in the position to move and I am seriously considering moving, but I also have a boyfriend here to think about. Right now I guess I am trying to decide if I can live like this. It just seems like something is missing. We both agree that life would be a lot better if we were together, but it just seems silly to need someone that much. I guess that is what having a twin is all about. How are you two dealing with being apart?
