My sister and I are Identical twins... blood tests have proven it. Yet, we don't look exactly alike and have several differences. I'm taller and "Stockier", have congentital heart disease, needed braces, have a anxiety problem and am allergic to some jewelery. She is a little shorter, has no heart problems, learning disability, an astigmatism, and has perfect teeth. Also I look more like my dad's side and she looks like our mom's side. People don't think we are twins but we are. Can identical twins not look identical and still be identical? I feel like we are. Anyone else have a twin that looks different?

Yep of course identical twins can look different...remember you are two different people who just happen to have been born at the same time. At my twins club there are proven identical girls who look totally different from each other....they have different hair color and everything.
