Are you two twins?

Are you identical?

Are you fraternal?

If I hit her can you feel it?

Do you have ESP?

Do you know what each other is thinking?

How do you tell each other apart?

How do you know who is who in pictures?

Can your friends tell you apart?

Can your teachers tell you apart?

Can your parents tell you apart?

Are you twins? -that never gets old!

Are you clones? --my 6-year-old cousin asked Shannan that.

What makes you different from her?

Do you switch places?

thses never get old. I have more but these are just the start.
