Hello, my name is Trish and I live in England. I toasted the new year in with my twin sis, hoping it to be a better year as our sister-in-law had sadly died aged 46 yrs in sept of last year.

If I were only to know what was about to happen. My beautiful twin sis Carmel, aged 44yrs suffered with severe asthma and was taken into hospital, She had a severe attack and the UNTHINKABLE happended: She died on the 23rd of January of this year. My world has fallen apart and I am distraught with grief. I do not know what I will do without her, she was EVERYTHING to me. Is there anyone whom I can talk to?

I know you already know this but; enjoy each other, love each other and be thankful that you have your twin, oh! how I wish I could see her again, one day though we will be together, till then...........

My name is Glenda. I am 46 years old and I lost my twin sister December 1, 2004. My world has fallen apart and I am walking around in a daze. I feel like I am not even touching the ground and can't shake this. I think I could easily go crazy over this. The loss is overwhelming. I fake how I feel around my family because their lives need to go on, but inside my life has just imploded. Someone who has gone through this horrific ordeal, please talk to me. I am a devout Christian and love the Lord, but I am really having a hard time with this. PLEASE.
