Well we are 18 year old twins and we have just started college. We have decided to go to different schools, but we are having a difficult time. This is not the first time we've been seperated in fact we spent almost an entire year apart. We would like to know what other twins have done. Did most of you go to school together, and was it more difficult or easier to do so. Thanks ~ctt

My fraternal sister and I go to school in different cities in Oregon. We hadn't lived together for a while though; I moved out at 18 and went back to school at 24, she moved out at 22 to go to school. I don't know, I guess distance hasn't ever meant much to us, whether long or short.

Have you thought about one of you transfering to the other's school? College is a heavy time- you need all the support structure you've got.
